Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volume.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and external factors. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
- If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details.
- If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at Kareem@roadquilt.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery delays, including:
- Courier delays due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or high shipping volumes
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Address verification issues or payment processing delays
If we encounter any issues that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, Roadquilt is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once we hand over the package to the courier, it is out of our control.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Kareem@roadquilt.com, and we will assist you.
- We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information.
- While Roadquilt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
If a package is deemed permanently lost, we recommend filing a police report for further action.
