Roadquilt Refund & Return Policy

At Roadquilt, we are committed to providing high-quality car floor mats that protect and enhance your vehicle’s interior. We stand by the durability and effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at Kareem@roadquilt.com for assistance.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered processing, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note:

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging during transit (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Kareem@roadquilt.comwith clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.


Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen external factors.

If you experience shipping or tracking issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Roadquilt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If you realize an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If the incorrect address is provided and not corrected within this timeframe, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
